Levine Leichtman Capital promotes officers in US, UK offices

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners LLC promoted several members of its various fund groups in the U.S. and the U.K.

John O'Neill and David Wolmer are now senior managing directors, while David Cowan, Micah Levin and Matthew Rich will now serve as managing directors.

O'Neill and Cowan joined the private equity firm's London office in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Wolmer is currently Levine's general counsel and chief compliance officer, having served at the Beverly Hills, Calif.-based company since 2008.

Rich started his work at Levine's Los Angeles office in 2014, while Levin joined the company in 2017.

Additionally, investment professionals Adam McKean, Jarett Moyse and Steven Korff were promoted to director, associate director and senior associate positions in Levine's Los Angeles office.

Levine closed its Levine Capital Partners Fund VI LP fund with $2.5 billion of commitments, surpassing its $2.2 billion target.
