S&P withdraws rating on FS KKR Capital

S&P Global Ratings withdrew its BBB- issuer credit rating on FS KKR Capital Corp. at the company's request.

At the time of the withdrawal, the outlook was stable.

The company will be subject to a 200% asset coverage requirement, as opposed to the 150% asset coverage, as a result of FS KKR Capital not opting for the modified asset coverage requirement allowed by the Small Business Credit Availability Act, at the time of the ratings withdrawal.
