Veritas Pharma Inc. appointed Lorne Roseborough to its board.

Roseborough is the CEO of SunVault Energy Inc., which provides energy generation and storage to the solar industry. He succeeds Linda Sampson, who resigned from the Veritas Pharma board in August.

Canada-based Veritas Pharma develops cannabis strains for various indications.
