Foresight pays distribution to unit holders, adjusts warrant exercise price

Foresight Energy LP notified holders of warrants to acquire newly issued common units that the company paid common unit holders a distribution of $0.0565 per unit, according to a Dec. 26 filing.

As a result of the Dec. 21 payment, the coal producer adjusted its exercise price related to the warrants and units. The price of each warrant decreased to $0.8143 from $0.8270 before the distribution, and the number of units issuable upon exercise of a warrant rose to 14.0 from 13.8.
