Ohio-based Peoples Bank names president/CEO

Paul Wreede left as president of Gambier, Ohio-based Peoples Bank in year-end 2016 and as CEO in year-end 2017, according to President and CEO Alicia Freeman.

Freeman, in an email to S&P Global Market Intelligence, said she was named president in year-end 2016 and as CEO in year-end 2017. She was previously the bank's president and has held various positions with the bank over the last 14 years.

Freeman also said former vice president of lending Jean Coe left on June 30, 2018. Two successors were named to replace Coe, with Deanna Johnson as the associate vice president of consumer lending and Amy Brody as associate vice president of commercial lending.
