Green REIT PLC finalized the €147.7 million sale of the Westend Retail Park in Blanchardstown in Dublin after signing the deal May 25 with a DWS real estate fund.
Additionally, the real estate investment trust signed a 20-year lease deal with a unit of flexible workspace provider WeWork Cos. for the entire 5 Harcourt Road asset in central Dublin, at an annual rent of €3 million, with no breaks. WeWork is serving as guarantor for the agreement.
The new property encompasses 4,650 square meters of leasable area across seven floors, the company noted in a release.
