John Deere Credit plans $30M bond issuance

Argentina's John Deere Credit Compañía Financiera SA plans to offer up to $30 million in one or more series of bonds, according to a regulatory filing dated May 29.

The offering is part of the company's global negotiable bond program for up to 3.5 billion Argentine pesos or its equivalent in other currencies.

As of May 29, US$1 was equivalent to 15.99 Argentine pesos.
