Rexford Industrial buys 2 properties for $127M

Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. acquired two industrial properties for $127.1 million and sold two for $9.1 million.

The company bought the 5300 Sheila St. property in Commerce, Calif., for $121.0 million and the 1190 E. Stanford Court property in Anaheim, Calif., for $6.1 million.

The Commerce asset spans 695,120 square feet on 35.83 acres of land, while the Anaheim property spans 34,494 square feet on 1.46 acres. Both properties are fully leased.

Rexford sold the 1910 and 1920 S. Archibald Ave. properties in Ontario, Calif., for roughly $9.1 million. The two buildings are 69% occupied and were recently acquired as part of a three-building portfolio purchase.
