Hulic to make three property buys in Kanagawa, Japan

Hulic Co. Ltd. will procure two property assets in Kanagawa, Japan, having signed sales agreements for them, and also concluded the purchase of another property in the same prefecture.

The company revealed in a news release that it signed a sales agreement with TOC Co. Ltd. to purchase a land plot owned by TOC Minato Mirai and will take ownership of the 10,840-square-meter plot May 16.

The company inked another deal with Fuyo General Lease Co. Ltd. to acquire the latter's associated building in five to 10 years' time.

Meanwhile, Hulic purchased the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Yokohama Building, with the intent of selling it to a fund created by the Kenedix Group. The building has a total floor area of 110,948 square meters and was acquired by Hulic March 30.
