Hawaii National Bank's CEO steps down; successor named

Warren Luke has stepped down as CEO of Honolulu-based Hawaii National Bank, Pacific Business News reported.

Luke will continue to serve as chairman and as an executive officer of the bank. He will also remain chairman and CEO of Hawaii National Bancshares Inc., the bank's holding company.

Bryan Luke was appointed CEO in addition to his current role as president of the bank.
