Middletown, N.Y.-based Orange Bank & Trust Co. promoted Jayne Rzeczkowski to senior vice president and COO.

Rzeczkowski, who joined Orange Bank & Trust in 1989, will continue to work as its compliance officer and corporate secretary in addition to serving in the new role.

The bank is a unit of Orange County Bancorp Inc.
