Banque France issues €500M notes

PSA Banque France SA has issued €500 million of five-year fixed-rate senior unsecured notes set to mature in April 2023.

The notes carry an annual coupon of 0.75%. The issuance was nearly 2.5x oversubscribed.

CACIB, HSBC, ING and Santander acted as book runners for the issuance.
