Jih Sun International Bank raises NT$630.4M via share issuance

Taiwan's Jih Sun International Bank Ltd. raised NT$630.4 million via an issuance of new shares.

The bank issued 63,036,470 shares at an issue price of NT$10 apiece, according to a March 15 stock exchange filing.

Funds raised from the issuance will be used to replenish the bank's working capital and improve its operational strength.

Jih Sun International Bank is a unit of Jih Sun Financial Holding Co. Ltd.

As of March 15, US$1 was equivalent to NT$29.15.
