Majesco extends rights offering's timeline due to government shutdown

Majesco moved the record date of its rights offering to Jan. 29 from Jan. 7, and the expiration date to Feb. 19 from Jan. 28, due to the federal government shutdown.

Each right will entitle shareholders to purchase one-sixth of a Majesco common share at a subscription price of $7.10 per common share.
