Gilroy, Calif.-based Pinnacle Bank appointed Jeffrey Johnson executive vice president.

Before his appointment, Johnson served as senior vice president and division manager at Tech Capital LLC.


Exton, Pa.-based First Resource Bank added Ann Duke to its board.

Duke is the principal attorney at Duke Law Offices PC.


Carol Schneeberger plans to retire as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Marietta, Ohio-based Peoples Bancorp Inc. and unit Peoples Bank, effective March 31, 2020. She will assist with the transition of her responsibilities among existing members of senior management, which will begin Nov. 4.

Nemer is a board member and board chairman of Presidential Brokerage Inc.


Victory Square Technologies Inc. added Rizwan Somji, Soheil Samimi and Fabian Dawson to its advisory board.

Somji is CEO of Channel Gate Technologies Inc., Samimi is in the cannabinoids industry and Dawson is a journalist.


Principal Global Investors LLC named Matthew Minnetian managing director and global head of investment-grade credit for Principal Global Fixed Income.

Minnetian previously held multiple leadership positions at AllianceBernstein Holding LP.
