Inditrade Capital to inject capital into 2 units

Inditrade Capital Ltd. will inject 350 million Indian rupees in the aggregate in two subsidiaries.

The company said May 18 that it will acquire additional shares in unit JRG Fincorp Ltd. for up to 240 million rupees within the next 12 months. Further, it will inject 110 million rupees into unit Inditrade Housing Finance Ltd. by subscribing to its equity shares.

As of May 18, US$1 was equivalent to 68.02 Indian rupees.
