Pennsylvania State Employees CU names successor to retiring president

Greg Smith is retiring as president of Pennsylvania State Employees CU after serving in the role for 28 years.

Smith will be succeeded by George Rudolph, who will join the Harrisburg, Pa.-based credit union in April. Rudolph currently serves as senior vice president of operations and technology at Chicago-based Alliant CU.
