Unipol Gruppo SpA closed the sale of its 63.39% stake in Arca Vita SpA to UnipolSai Assicurazioni SpA after receiving authorization from supervisory authorities.

The consideration for deal amounted to €475 million.

The transaction forms part of Unipol Gruppo's strategy to streamline its insurance business by combining all insurance operations under the control of UnipolSai.
