Clearbridge Health Ltd. launched an IPO of 88 million shares priced at 28 Singaporean cents apiece to raise about S$24.6 million, Deal Street Asia reported Dec. 11.
The precision medicine services provider plans to start trading on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist Board.
Clearbridge Health expects to use the proceeds to expand its medical clinics and centers as well as its laboratory testing services. The proceeds will also be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
As of Dec. 11, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.35.
