Cheniere Energy Partners LP on the same day posted second-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $591.0 million, up from $562.0 million a year earlier. The S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus estimate of adjusted EBITDA was $606.5 million.
Cheniere Energy Partners reported net income of $232.0 million, a drop from $281.0 million a year earlier.
