InvenTrust affiliate sells Boynton Beach, Fla., shopping center for $50M

An affiliate of InvenTrust Properties Corp. sold the Boynton Commons retail center in Boynton Beach, Fla., for $50 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The property at 333 N. Congress Ave. was acquired by B Comm Realty LLC, an affiliate of private equity firm Carlyle Group LP, according to the report.

Tenants at the center include PetSmart Inc., Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., Old Navy Inc. and Orangetheory Fitness, the report noted.

The property last changed hands in 2010 for approximately $34.8 million, according to the publication.
