Frasers Hospitality names interim CFO; Stockland creates new executive role

Singapore

* United Industrial Corp. Ltd. named Francis Lee Seng Wee to its board as a nonexecutive independent director, effective March 12.

* Foo Meei Foon was named as interim CFO of Frasers Hospitality Trust and its units, Frasers Hospitality REIT and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust. The search for a permanent replacement for outgoing CFO Woan Chiou Lee is ongoing.

Australia

* Stockland appointed former Fairfax Media Ltd. Chief Information Officer Robyn Elliot as chief technology and innovation officer, a newly created role that will take charge of the Australia-listed developer's digitization and innovation projects and initiatives.

The company also said Nora Scheinkestel is stepping down from the board March 20, adding that a "well advanced" search for a replacement is ongoing.

Japan

* Seiji Kimoto resigned as an alternate executive director at Japan Retail Fund Investment Corp., with effect from March 9.

* Daiwa Office Investment Corp.'s manager, Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co. Ltd., appointed director Toshio Fukushima to executive managing director, with effect from April 1.

China

* On March 8, Yan Yan stepped down as president and executive director of SOHO China Ltd. to pursue personal commitments.

Hong Kong

* Nonexecutive directors Wu Xiaohui and Jia Peng left Joy City Property Ltd. March 8 to pursue career development and personal interests. Jiang Yong was appointed on the same date to serve as nonexecutive director.

* Tern Properties Co. Ltd. independent nonexecutive director Leung Kui King resigned from his position, effective March 31, with Cheung Chong Wai named the replacement.

Thailand

* Saha Pathana Inter-Holding PLC disclosed that Tanong Srichit, director and president of the company, died March 2.
