France's CAPZA buys minority stake in Coutot-Roehrig

Private equity firm CAPZA and investment bank Bpifrance SA bought a minority stake in research company Coutot Roehrig SA for an undisclosed figure.

CEO Guillaume Roehrig remains the majority shareholder in the probate genealogist, which compiles family trees of the deceased to determine the status of heirs.

CAPZA, which led the transaction, specializes in equity, unitranche, convertible bonds, senior debt and mezzanine debt investments in the middle market.
