Stifel nabs 3 advisers managing $520M in combined client assets

Three financial advisers from UBS Financial Services Inc., Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo & Co., overseeing $520 million in combined client assets, have joined Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc., the broker-dealer unit of Stifel Financial Corp., InvestmentNews reported Sept. 4.

Craig Johnson, who previously managed $211 million in client assets at UBS, joined the company's office in Phoenix.

Patrick Strehl joined the company's office in Louisville, Ky. He previously oversaw $169 million in client assets at Merrill Lynch.

David Manning, who managed $140 million in client assets at Wells Fargo Advisors, joined the company's office in Shrewsbury, N.J.
