Boyd Watterson affiliate buys Washington, DC, office building for $175M

Boyd Watterson Asset Management LLC affiliate Washington VI FGF LLC purchased the 12-story Sentinel Square 1 office building in Washington, D.C., from an affiliate of the Utah State Retirement Investment Fund for $174.9 million, the Washington Business Journal reported, citing a deal recorded with the D.C. Recorder of Deeds.

The 412,661-square-foot office building at 90 K St. NE is leased to tenants including Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Parole Commission.

Representatives for Boyd Watterson could not be reached for comment, according to the report.
