Sitra Holdings posts H2 loss

Sitra Holdings (International) Ltd. said its normalized net income for the second half came to a loss of S$616,420.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue totaled S$7.9 million, and total operating expenses came to S$8.8 million.

Reported net income totaled a loss of S$719,570, or a loss of 0 cents per share.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled S$1.6 million, compared with a loss of S$-1.6 million in the prior year.

Full-year total revenue declined 9.8% on an annual basis to S$15.3 million from S$17.0 million, and total operating expenses decreased 7.8% year over year to S$17.3 million from S$18.8 million.

The company said reported net income totaled a loss of S$2.3 million, or a loss of 0 cents per share, in the full year, compared with income of S$9.6 million, or 2 cents per share, the prior year.

As of April 12, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.35.
