The Collective has put a London-based co-living scheme on the market and is seeking offers of more than £100 million, Property Week reported.
The company tapped Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. and Savills to find a buyer for the 323-flat property in Old Oak that has 546 residents and 35,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, the May 31 report noted. There is no specific asking price set for the asset.
The Collective has yet to comment on the report, the publication noted.
