INSURICA buying Zodrow & Neighbors Insurance

Oklahoma-based INSURICA Insurance Management Network is acquiring Zodrow & Neighbors Insurance LLC, effective June 1, Insurance Journal reported.

The acquisition will expand INSURICA's presence in Northeast Oklahoma, where Zodrow operates.

Employees in Zodrow's office in Owasso will be relocated to the Beacon Building, INSURICA's downtown Tulsa location. The two companies also have plans to combine their offices in Sand Springs.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

INSURICA places a reported $1.5 billion in annual premiums and has offices in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Arizona and California.
