Louisiana Community Bancorp Inc.'s five bank subsidiaries in the state have consolidated under the Pedestal Bank name, according to a video posted on the bank's website.

All branches of Houma-based Coastal Commerce Bank, Kaplan-based Kaplan State Bank, Eunice-based Tri-Parish Bank, Saint Martinville-based Teche Bank & Trust Co., DeRidder-based City Savings Bank & Trust Co. now operate as branches of Pedestal bank.

The consolidation and name change was announced on Pedestal Bank's Facebook page on Feb. 21.

The Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions approved the consolidation in September 2017.
