Nova Leap Health to buy home healthcare services provider in New England

Canada's Nova Leap Health Corp. is acquiring a New England-based home healthcare services company for $425,000.

Under the deal, Nova Leap will pay $325,000 in cash and the remaining $100,000 with a promissory note bearing a 6% interest. The company will fund the transaction, which is expected to be immediately accretive, through existing cash resources.

Closing of the acquisition is expected to occur in the third quarter, subject to final due diligence and approval of the state home healthcare license transfer.

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia-based Nova Leap Health is a provider of personal home care and support services.
