Riverside Bank of Dublin files de novo application

Organizers of Riverside Bank of Dublin filed applications with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Ohio Division of Financial Institutions to form a new state-chartered bank.

The proposed Ohio-chartered commercial bank will not be a subsidiary of an existing or proposed bank holding company. It is being organized to be a full-service community bank offering traditional loan and deposit products and services to all individuals and small- and medium-sized businesses in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. Its principal office will be in Dublin, Ohio, according to the application.

The list of senior executive officers for the proposed bank includes William Daily Jr. as CEO, C. Travis Sanders as president and chief lending officer, and Doris Lambert as executive vice president and CFO. Daily, Sanders and Lambert will also be members of the bank's board.

Mark Kelly will serve as chairman of the board. The other directors will be Robert Hord, Brent Crawford, Jeffrey Morris, Brian Kelleher and James Weber II.
