Harris, who worked for Lazard Ltd. for over 20 years, will join the Swiss lender in mid-January and be based in New York.
UniCredit
* Italy's UniCredit SpA named Aurelio Maccario chief lending officer, replacing Andrea Varese, who will take on a new role within the group.
Maccario previously served as head of the lender's regulatory affairs, for which he will be succeeded by Guglielmo Zadra by the first half.
Schroders
* Schroders PLC appointed Julien Houdain to a newly created role as deputy head of credit for Europe.
Houdain, who was head of global bond strategies at Legal & General Investment Management Ltd., will be based in London and manage the British asset management company's recently launched Schroder ISF Global Credit Income Short Duration fund.
Banque Lombard Odier & Cie
* Lombard Odier Investment Managers, a unit of Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA, hired Alexis Maubourget to take charge of its new uncorrelated absolute return strategy for institutional clients, scheduled to launch in early 2020.
Maubourget previously served as a volatility portfolio manager at Argentière Capital.
