AEON Credit Service (Asia) directors to retire

AEON Credit Service(Asia) Co. Ltd. said three directors plan to retire.

Masanori Kosaka, the company's chairman and a nonexecutive director;Lai Yuk Kwong, an executive director; and Tong Jun, an independent nonexecutivedirector, will retire from their respective roles, the company said May 11.

Kosaka and Tong are retiring due to other work commitments, whileLai is retiring due to health reasons.

The three directors will step down from their roles at the endof the company's annual general meeting on June 24.
