U.K.-based London + Regional Properties Ltd. bought the Pullman Miami Airport hotel in Miami from Laurus Corp. for roughly $48.7 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.
The 1986-built property, which sits on a 10-acre site, underwent a renovation in 2016 when it was converted from the Sofitel brand to Pullman.
Citing the records, the news outlet added that the property previously sold for $22.3 million in 2012.
Amenities at the hotel include a pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, business center and two food and beverage concepts, according to the report.
The Pullman brand is owned by France-based AccorHotels.
