Richard Manley, Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s co-head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa equity research, has decided to retire, according to an internal memo posted in Business Insider.
Manley joined the global investment research division in 2001, serving in the European energy equity research team. He moved to Asia in 2010 to work as regional chief investment officer of the equity research management team and later became co-head of Asia-Pacific equity research, according to the memo.
Manley also oversaw GS Sustain and previously served as head of global thematic stock and environmental, social and governance research.
