Oaktree acquires Irish shopping center for €250M

Oaktree Capital Group LLC acquired the Square shopping center in Tallaght, Ireland, for €250 million in one of the country's largest retail deals, the Irish Independent reported.

The asking price quoted in fall 2017 was €233 million, according to the report. The 53,603-square-meter property, anchored by Dunnes Stores, Tesco and Debenhams, includes 160 shop units, a 13-screen cinema, and more than 2,400 car spaces.

Cushman & Wakefield and JLL oversaw the sale, the publication reported.
