Nov. 24
* Provident Financial Plc's board appointed senior independent director Malcolm Le May interim executive chairman, following the death of Executive Chairman Manjit Wolstenholme.
* Enrico Mattioli and Valter Trevisani resigned from the boards of Generali units Generali (Schweiz) Holding AG, Generali General Insurance Ltd. and Generali Personal Insurance Ltd.
* Miroslaw Gryszka resigned as a member of the supervisory board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA, effective Dec. 5.
* Doris Agotai Schmid was elected to Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG's supervisory board, effective March 17, 2018.
* Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. revoked Hrvoje Zgombic's membership on the supervisory board.

* CMC Markets Plc Chairman Simon Waugh will retire from the board, effective Dec. 31, and will be replaced by current board member James Richards. Waugh has been CMC Markets' chairman for four years. He is also chairman of unit CMC Markets Group Australia Pty. Ltd.

* Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc Chairman John Botts will not seek re-election to the board at the company's annual general meeting Feb. 1, 2018, and will retire immediately afterward. Euromoney will name David Pritchard, senior independent director at the company, acting chairman and hand him responsibility to lead the search for Botts' replacement. His current term of engagement was extended to Euromoney's 2019 annual general meeting. Furthermore, Jonathan Harmsworth and Paul Zwillenberg resigned from the board as the nonexecutive representatives of Daily Mail and General Trust plc, which has reduced its equity interest in Euromoney to 49% from 68%.
* Elizabeth Lake will step down as nonexecutive director of Fidessa Group Plc's board on Dec. 31, having been in the position for nine years.
* Swedish Export Credit Corp. appointed Anna Brandt a member of the board. Brandt is currently Sweden's ambassador to Ireland and has previously served at the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank as executive director and board member.

* Christoph Bohn was appointed CEO of ALTE LEIPZIGER Lebensversicherung auf Gegenseitigkeit, Alte Leipziger-Hallesche AG and ALTE LEIPZIGER Holding AG, effective July 1, 2018. He will replace Walter Botermann. Meanwhile, Martin Rohm was confirmed as a board member, effective Sept. 1, 2018, until June 30, 2023.
