Jacksonville, Fla., apartment complex changes hands for $42.6M

Private investment firm Glades LLC sold the Pointe Parc at St. Johns apartment complex in the Baymeadows neighborhood of Jacksonville, Fla., for $42.6 million, the Jacksonville Business Journal reported.

The property at 7524 Southside Blvd., which was built in 1985, was sold to Atlantic Multi Family 7 - Apple LLC, a unit of Capital Vision Management LLC, according to the publication.
