Reliv' International Inc. said its third-quarter normalized net income was 2 cents per share, compared with a loss of 16 cents per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was $45,300, compared with a loss of $286,250 in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin rose to 0.4% from negative 2.3% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue fell 11.6% year over year to $10.8 million from $12.2 million, and total operating expenses decreased 14.5% on an annual basis to $10.8 million from $12.6 million.
Reported net income came to $129,220, or 7 cents per share, compared to a loss of $295,360, or a loss of 16 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
