The U.K.'s annual producer price inflation for April was revised down to 2.4% from 2.7% due to an error related to rubber and plastic products, the Office for National Statistics said May 25.
The error increased the output producer prices from December 2017 to April 2018 by 0.3 percentage point on average, the statistics office said.
The monthly growth rate for April was maintained at 0.3%.
The next producer price inflation report will be released June 13.
