Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası issues $600M in international bonds

Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO issued international bonds totaling $600 million, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes mature March 28, 2024, and carry an 8.125% coupon.

Citigroup, Mizuho Financial Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, SMBC Nikko Capital and ING Wholesale Banking London acted as book runners on the issuance.
