DST Systems sets stockholder vote for SS&C Technologies deal

DST Systems Inc. shareholders will vote on the proposed acquisition of the company by SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. in a special meeting March 28.

The meeting will be held at DST's Broadway Conference Center in Kansas City, Mo., at 10:00 a.m. CT.

Per terms of the deal, SS&C would acquire DST Systems in an all-cash transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $5.4 billion. SS&C will pay $84 per share and assume debt of DST, which had pro forma revenue of $2.3 billion for the 12 months ended Sept. 30, 2017.
