RCI Colombia readies 300B-peso bond program

RCI Colombia S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento plans to offer 300.00 billion pesos of bonds through a new program, the company said in an Aug. 20 filing.

The bonds will have a term of between two and five years.

Proceeds from the offerings in the bond program will be used to restructure the company's debt and for working capital.

As of Aug. 19, US$1 was equivalent to 3,438.40 Colombian pesos.
