Bossini International Holdings Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2014, came to 4 Hong Kong cents per share, a gain of 14.5% from 3 cents per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was HK$65.2 million, a gain of 15.6% from HK$56.4 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue grew on an annual basis to HK$1.32 billion from HK$1.27 billion, and total operating expenses climbed from the prior-year period to HK$1.22 billion from HK$1.18 billion.
Reported net income rose 17.2% from the prior-year period to HK$87.4 million, or 5 cents per share, from HK$74.6 million, or 5 cents per share.
