Liberty Property Trust puts Philadelphia office portfolio up for sale

Liberty Property Trust is selling a portfolio of wholly owned office assets at the Philadelphia Navy Yard at an estimated $300 million, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

An Ensemble Real Estate Solutions affiliate already acquired 1 Crescent Drive and 201 Rouse Blvd. and is set to close on 150 Rouse Blvd. and 1200 Intrepid Drive in the coming days, the report added.

Other properties up for a sale are 3 Crescent Drive, 400 Rouse Blvd. , 4751 League Island Blvd., 4000 S. 26th St., 4701 League Island Blvd. and 1050 Constitution Ave., with 351 Rouse Blvd. also expected to be sold eventually.

The industrial real estate investment trust will still own a Tasty Baking Co. manufacturing and distribution building at the Navy Yard and the Comcast Center and Comcast Technology Center, which it jointly owns in a venture with Comcast Corp. The two properties will also be sold eventually, according to the report.
