Taiwan-based King's Town Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. repurchased shares worth NT$314.9 million.
The bank sold 10 million shares, equivalent to 0.87% of the company's total issued shares, at NT$31.49 apiece, according to a Dec. 17 stock exchange filing.
The bank conducted the share repurchase from Nov. 5 to Dec. 17.
As of Dec. 17, US$1 was equivalent to NT$30.81.
