Swiss private equity firm Partners Group Holding AG bought two buildings at the Swift Plaza in Concord, Calif., from Swift Real Estate Partners for $148 million, the San Francisco Business Times reported, citing a source familiar with the deal.
The purchase price translates to roughly $308 per square foot for a total 480,000 square feet of space at 1655 Grant St. and 1755 Grant St. The buildings form part of a 1.1 million-square-foot campus comprising four buildings, which Swift Real Estate acquired for $88 million in 2011.
The two other buildings at 2001 Clayton Road and 2000 Clayton Road inside the campus were divested in 2012 to DivcoWest for $94 million, or about $157 per square foot, the Sept. 7 report added.
