Supreme Court of British Columbia approves split of Patient Home Monitoring

The Supreme Court of British Columbia approved Patient Home Monitoring Corp.'s arrangement to split the company and its unit Viemed Healthcare Inc. into two separate companies.

The arrangement is expected to become effective Dec. 21, and the two companies are expected to start trading as separate companies on the TSX Venture Exchange Dec. 22.
