Japan Real Estate to borrow ¥5.5B

Japan Real Estate Investment Corp. will borrow ¥5.50 billion in loans to settle short-term borrowings of the same amount on March 27.

The office-focused real estate investment trust will obtain the loan from Mizuho Bank Ltd. at a fixed interest rate of 0.3%.

Interest payments on the amount will be paid in March and September every year through March 27, 2026, the maturity date of the loan.

As of March 22, US$1 was equivalent to ¥105.72.
