Investis Holding SA bought 10.8% of the share capital of digital real estate service provider Flatfox AG.
The terms of the purchase deal with the Zurich-based start-up company remain undisclosed.
Through its platform, Flatfox digitalizes the entire process of leasing an apartment for private individuals and professional property managers, according to a release.
Aside from the Investis Group, Ringier Digital Ventures and the Helvetia Venture Fund are also involved in the financing round for the startup.
The acquisition is the latest in a series of investments made by Investis in real estate startups and digital property companies. These include purchasing a 50% stake in Polytech Ventures, a 28.6% interest in real estate brokerage startup business Neho, a 40% shareholding in digital real estate services startup Yetivisit and a 10.7% stake in digital facility services company Vanguard Internet.
